Membership Form

Enroll or Renew as a member of the David Douglas Botanical Garden Society or purchase a Gift Membership.

Membership fee of $45.00 for Family (one household) or $35.00 for Seniors 65+ or $30.00 for Students with ID is due upon application and then annually April 1st of each year.

Due to the rise in cost for stamps and printing, if you wish to have the newsletter mailed to you the additional fee is now $10 for the 2026 -2027 membership year.
